Ford pushes their Ecoboost line up hard. V8s are harder to come by and I think
the poll largely reflects that.
My personal experience when shopping like Captain Rex is, was the coyote was 1-2k cheaper than an Ecoboost equivalent even though it was significantly more prevalent on the used market
