If Chandler is set on one and done - that isn't how good teams are built. You've got to have some continuity in returning players. I'd honestly rather have a lower-rated recruit who stays for 3 years over a higher-rated recruit who leaves after 1 year.
There are exceptions to this. Someone like Wemby, for example. A generational talent. But that isn't Chandler - it isn't most NCAA players, to be honest.
