The next development in NIL Will be multi year deals/contracts. Since they aren’t “university”
Deals anyway, what is prevent the sponsoring organization from doing a contract?
If somebody wants to lock in a player for multiple years, they can sign a multiple years NIL that has a contract and a penalty associated with it.

Do they prohibit transferring during that time, or are they just multi-year

It is basically structured so that the bulk of the NIL comes in the latter years

Have the NIL scale so year 1 is the smallest amount, year 4 is the largest

I'm shocked NIL deals don't have "payback" clauses in them

My son would just be happy to get a full ride... Of course he's "just" a swimmer

That doesn’t happen with non revenue sports.
