In that case, I’d guess the planners have little to nothing to do with approving
Condos.
I’d imagine the planners advise and then the city council and mayors do what they want.
Your problem, a serious problem, probably isn’t with the city planners.
People blame UDOT for not redoing the lines on the road but their problem is that the funds to redo the lines weren’t allocated to them.
