I will preface this by saying I am not anti-medicine and that this wouldn't apply to all situations of course, but speaking for myself, I have been on ADHD medication, anti-depressants, etc...and nothing has worked as well as regular exercise, consistent sleep, and clean eating.
And if I had to pick one I would say regular exercise since it has a direct effect on the other two for me. It boosts my energy levels, and when I physically tax my body, it is a huge help for sleep, and then I just am more conscious of what I eat when I am regularly getting exercise.
Now if only I could do what I know...man. Congrats to you KCFan though, and thanks for sharing and the inspiration.
