it's because no one else has this trim level, like no one else has

everytime I find one, it's gone within days/hours and usually overpriced (perhaps not if it's so popular)

so price and availability. But it's also 1000 miles drive from Colorado to Idaho. Dealer will cover about half the price of plane tickets which is nice.
