I went full time on a practice a little over a year ago. Started with a part-time assistant.

Now up to 12 employees (incl myself) and am hiri again.

Sounds great but I got a 3 year lease on my office space and have almost completely outgrown it. Operating in two locations will not be easy or as efficient financially
