Dear CB users,

Michelle Peralta is my friend and I thought it was too bad how her facebook was treated. I really love Jimmer and Jimmermainia but I feel bad about what happened. I realize most of the posts on her facebook weren't malicious, and much of it was meant in good fun, but that was probably too much. People feel strongly about sports (as they should) but such a group dive on an individual is a little unfair. If anyone would like to apologize to Michelle you can email me at hershiser55@yahoo.com and I will make sure it gets to her. You can also reply to this post or email me in person if you have something to say to me. I know basketball (especially Cougar basketball) is important but not more important than being kind. Some of you were pretty keen at posting scripture, I would remind you of another. "In as much as ye have done it unto the least of these, my brethren... even if you think they deserved it."

I really appreciate any small apologies to Michelle, I think they would go a long way.
