until Utah is a regular contender for the conference title. How long was Utah a member of the WAC/MWC before they started competing regularly for titles? What does Utah have to offer now that UCLA, USC, ASU, AZ, and even CO don't have? How long has Arizona been in the conference without being a perennial contender?
I can see Utah having some good years and competing for and even winning some championships, but they're not going to be a regular top of the conference member like they were in the MWC. That's why they were in the MWC in the first place.
