I think any NBA exec would love to draft a kid that had his all-around game
He played for about 15 yrs and half of those he was scoring at a solid % around 25-30 PPG w/ 5.5-6 APG. If he plays at the all-star level McGrady does then you can count that draft pick a resounding success.
