It's not hard to see where money donated directed into an account the son controls that also provided a tax advantage for mom and dad could be accessed inappropriately. That was a lot of money into a program none of us have ever heard of. No doubt there's more to the story. My guess is all of the players are skirting responsibility for their actions.
