Good point. Locker ran a 4.59 at the combine, which I think is a bit slower than Taysom. Not sure how Taysoms arm strength compares to Locker, who apparently had a very strong arm, but if Taysom shows even a little improvement in his decision making he will be a better passer than Locker.
