The answer to that is Kurtz.... easy. The reason is because he has already began building the relationship and trust with the guy that will actually be delivering him the ball. My bet is Blackmon will have about 3 plays drawn up just for him and Nelson will be a return specialist but when a 3rd down and long conversion is needed... it'll be Kurts. I just hope the best of these guys will emerge and Hill will not just keep tossing the ball at a familiar target all year....
