I just don't think Carlino has been near the bust that Heaps has been. Carlino was a high profile recruit, and he has so far turned out to a pretty good player, if inconsistent.

Jake Heaps was rated as the number 1 overall recruit and football player coming out of high school and he hasn't been able to keep a starting job at 2 different schools he has played at.

Whatever the reasons for his failure Jake has been a much bigger flop than Carlino.
