Jimmer understands that this year he needs playing time more than money.
If he can average 12-15 minutes, and shoot the same percentages this year he shot last year, AND improve his defense even marginally, he should be picked up next summer for 3-4 years at at least a few million per. So two payday contracts, his rookie one and his next one. Then a shorter one of about two years tutoring a young up and coming player, and there you have it. A decade long career, and if he has managed his finances right, he'll "have more money than Davy Crockett".
