The 32-bit computer is probably really old. The 64-bit one might not be so old
Really, 32-bits isn't used in computers these days--just smartphones and other similar devices (though 64-bit is starting to hit them as well).
Other than the memory address limit, 64 bits can theoretically do certain tasks in fewer steps than a 32 bit computer, but this isn't all that significant.
