Tell them to write up a contract, review it carefully, maybe have an attorney
look at it for an hour. Bill you $200. If it's a CB lawyer, expect to pay $400 because they need to bill their CB time. Make sure that it says "free" for as long as the antenna is on your roof and that you have the right to have the antenna taken down at any time and at no cost to you.
