Did you start exercising out of no where? What did you start doing differently?
And what was your starting weight? It's a lot easier to go from 300 lbs. to 260 lbs. then 200 lbs. to 160 lbs afterall. Or maybe you have a better metabolism than average.

These are just principles if you're trying to get the absolute most out of a weight-loss endeavor. I didn't say they were all necessary to lose weight either.
