after awhile, what more can one do to a burger? Good quality meat, good bun - what else is there to it? You can get a gourmet burger with different toppings and fixings. But for the burger itself, I would rank about 20 places in Utah as having a good quality burger.

Appolo, Atlantis, Crown, Olympus, In-in-Out, 5 Guys, Hires, Training Table (do they still exist?), Maddox, Granny's, Dairy Keen, JCW and a bunch of others that I am missing.

But it isn't as if someone found a way to make the meat taste radically different than the next guy doing it.
