I don't think so. Three reasons:
1. The most heated of rivalries are often geographic. Closest I can think of there is Purdue.
2. Notre Dame is a secondary rival to all of their rivals.
3. Notre Dame fans are -- for the most part -- widely considered to be some of the more classy fans in college football.
