12 or 6 days before the date of the game. UNLV is on Nov 15th so it's possible we won't hear until sometime between Nov 3rd and Nov 9th. They can certainly announce it before that, but they don't have to. Bottom line, no one--not even Thomas Holmoe, Esquire--knows what time the UNLV game will start.
