In order for BYU to get ranked high enough to get a major bowl
we're going to need a lot of help from our opponents. We could use some big W's from our foes this season. In that spirit, here's the week 1 games, sorted by point spreads:

UNLV (+23.5) over Arizona
Virginia (+21.5) over UCLA
California (+10) over Northwestern
Boise (+10) over Ole Miss
Utah St. (+6.5) over Tennessee
UCF (-1) over Penn St.
Houston (-11) over UTSA
Nevada (-23) over SUU
Texas (-24) over North Texas
MTSU vs Savannah...who cares, neither team is gonna make or break us, but maybe better for MTSU to win?

Would be really nice if we had all the favorites win, plus 3 of the 5 underdogs....If you look at it closely, we could end up playing 4 teams that are ranked when we play them, Texas, USU, UCF and Boise. Houston won't have time to get in before we face them and I think we can confidently write off UNLV, MTSU, Nevada, UNLV, Virginia and Cal. Playing 4 ranked teams would be great for the SOS, and thus our chances of rising high enough to get in one of the Peach, Cotton or Fiesta bowls
