from growing into a four year college (unlike say a UVU or Dixie State in Utah). GCU is about the only other option in the huge Phoenix metro area. Only now are a few small private universities trying to move into the area.

ASU President Crowe (?) has built himself a huge kingdom. And with the way they have/are moving into downtown Phoenix it is only getting to get bigger.
