Rihanna is from, there is always controversy surrounding modesty when she visits. She is super famous there since she made it big in music (Randy from American Idol found here while on vacation there), but when she visits the beach, sometimes she walks a block or so into the city and doesn't put a shirt on over her 2-piece swim suit. The media there jump on this to show what a bad example she is, and she will be nailed for it on the front page. Other Carribbean islands follow suit (except the French ones, lets be honest here). The Carribbean isles are more modest than the USA.
