Louisville is a commuter school in smallish TV market dominated by its rival school. Not much program history to rely on. It's real football history is only 15 years old. Not many post season appearances. Might be a good bet, but you are definitely betting on the future as opposed to any meaningful track record. You never know what is going to happen to the fan base at these types of schools if the team goes through a rough patch. That's my impression anyway. I know nothing about UCF, other than it has the name Florida in it which probably means it has some TV value.
