It would also increase loyalty to the school. There are only so many people

who can be admitted to BYU. If they added an extra 10000 fans per year, it would be a good thing. Especially since a lot of the kids going to BYU now are nerdier and less likely to maintain loyalty to BYU nor follow BYU athletics after leaving undergrad.
