I think this is extremely clear in that he doesn't play Apo much

As far as we know Apo has been a pretty model citizen. He's a senior, he's fought through his injuries and has stayed with it - and now is apparently healthy. Almost everyone really wants him to have a good last year in college - but he just hasn't gotten in much. And you kow - as far as I can tell, that's the right call. He's just not proven to be a good college football player.
