The career of an RB is significantly more short lived than that of a QB
so yes it does answer the question. There are reasons why RB's are rarely if every drafted early. IIRC there wasn't one RB drafted in the 1st round last year in a year full of great RB's. The NFL views them as expendable work horses that they'd rather buy cheap. QB's are intended to be protected for longevity purposes.
