Joined Comcast since being with directv the past 12 years. We've noticed our tv screen sometimes goes blank from 30 seconds to minutes while watching a live show or even a recording. Yesterday it went on for 5-8 minutes before I eventually reset my x1 box or whatever it is called as well as my router. Any ideas on what is wrong? It's starting to tick me off as it happens at least once a day. Is part of the x1 box done through internet or something? I'm not sure what is causing this issues. All connections are fine. TIA.
