Don't look now...but ANOTHER backup QB came into the game
and rather than struggle, proceeded to light us up. UGH.
How many is that, anyway? Has anyone been keeping track of this phenomenon through the years? Do you think our defenses subconsciously ease-up because a backup comes in? Or is it more that this is D1 CFB and teams have backups who are nearly as capable as the starter?
