I really like Bambara
at the bottom of the Hotel Monaco, they treated me and my wife great for our anniversary.
A lot of people love the Copper Onion, but it wasn't our favorite. Lamb's grill is kind of a Utah classic, and has a cool environment, but the food is so-so to me.
