top of my head:

2010: BYU starts the season with a two-QB system. Dumb. Doman later reveals that if he could go back to that moment he would never start a true freshman and would've jumped up and down on the meeting table screaming to not do the two-QB system.

2010: Jaime Hill is put in charge of the defense. That did not work out very well.

2010: BYU goes away from what was working and plays conservative on the final drive at Utah. FG is blocked. Anae leaves for Arizona after the season.

2011: We were led to believe BYU had a real chance of getting in the B12. Bronco, on one of his weekly radio shows, even hinted that BYU was probably going to get in the conference. BYU wasn't talking with the B12 for just a day or two. This was a lengthy discussion that went on for several days, perhaps weeks. For whatever reason, BYU is still Indy. The bridge seems to be burned as no one from the B12 will even give BYU a H:H agreement. Many media outlets in B12 country said various things that led us to believe BYU was being difficult and overplayed its hand.

2012: Andy Phillips recruits BYU as a walk-on, BYU doesn't recruit him back.

2012: BYU starts Riley Nelson at Utah. We later learn from James Lark himself that he was preparing to start that game. Then about a day before the game, he's told Riley will start.

2012: BYU goes for two after scoring at BSU. The following play, BYU doesn't even attempt an onside kick with just 3 1/2 minutes to play and no timeouts left.

2013: GFGH is implemented. Anae emphasizes going hard and going fast as most important with execution to follow (which sounds backward to me). Says it probably won't be until mid-year before it starts to look the way it should. BYU puts up 16 and 13 points versus Virginia and Utah . . . those teams fail to make bowl games.

2014: Bronco declares that it's time to pass the defensive to someone else. BYU gives up over 30 points to the likes of Virginia, USU, UCF, and Nevada.
