is it safe to say, home grown coaching talent isn't the model to follow?
Doman, didn't pan out as OC,
Howell by all accounts seem to be a good position coach, but as DC is not doing so well.
Some guys up at the U, etc.
There is real value in leaving your comfort zone, ie the system you played in or were given a shot to coach in and go work for someone else.
