Scheme & preparation related stuff:
Flawed scheme in general
Bad game planning
Bad play calling
Lack of adjustments
Not teaching the right stuff
Not teaching clearly
Not motivating players
Lack of team cohesion
etc.

OR

Player execution stuff:
Lack of physical talent
Lack of motivation/effort
Not learning what is taught
Lack of focus
Not doing what is taught/mistakes
Selfish play
etc.

I understand that all of these fall in the coaches lap (especially this deep into the season)....this is not a players fault vs coaches fault question. Regardless of who's fault it is...which bucket is the biggest issue? Just curious of people thoughts...
