there are real coaching deficiencies within the program right now. I understand that there are people on the board who are taking things too far with their negativity etc. But at the same time, I think most fans agree that a change needs to be made. If its a bandaid fix where Bronco takes the reigns on the D maybe thats enough to move forward. Thats not my opinion, I think there are real changes to be made.
