basically what we are given our program size, promote coordinators to be their HC's all the time. What I need to see from Sitake is him simply out from KWhitt's shadow, whether that's as a G5 HC or DC at another P5, either is fine with me. Let him prove he actually knows what he's doing without KWhitt constantly looking over his shoulder.
