I agree that he'll last at least until the end of next year. If
things look shaky at the end of next year, they won't want to renew his contract and they won't want to make him recruit with only one year left on his contract. If things are still shaky, they'll agree to part ways at the end of next year. On the other hand, if next year goes well, they'll renew his contract again to extend it out past 2016 (assuming that's what he wants).
