An 0-3 run, with a fresh loss at home to UNR seemed to stir up a whole lot of ish from former players, alumni, and of course the good folks on CB. I know Bronco's support has wavered over the past few years, but when former players are publicly complaining and calling for a change - It's gettin' serious. I think this season is different because it started on such a high, 4-0 ranked #18 with sweet talks of heisman trophies and playoff-busting ringing in the ears of the cougar faithful, then the yewt hit the fan- We were 3 TD favorites over a pathetic USU team that was beaten by FREAKIN Arkansas St. and they embarrassed us, on my birthday no less! We were forced to endure 3 straight games of complete incompetence on defense and some beffudling offensive strategy/playcalls that allowed 2 inferior opponents to come back and beat us. Yes we have been plagued by injury, losing Taysom especially hurt- But IMO his injury occurred directly due to poor coaching. Before the injury, Taysom had almost 30 more carries than either of our starting RB's!!!SERIOUSLY??? Keeping your Heisman contending, bad-a QB healthy should be the top priority. I realize that bottling Taysom up or forcing him to slide would limit his performance, but it is way better than the alternative which we are currently seeing. But hey, I think Stewart > Riley Nelson, and has gotten better every week - But everything around him seems to have fallen apart. The defense is just plain terrible: No pass rush = career nights for opposing Qb's, missed tackles, no forced turnover. This is the most undisciplined team I have ever seen under Bronco, penalties and turnovers are a huge problem. And Bronco continues to act like a complete tool whenever anybody challenges or questions him or members of the staff... These are dark times.

But if we get owned tonight by BSU, will things get any worse? Will those lonely few left in Bronco's camp run for high ground?
