Boise State and UCF absolutely have as much if not more talent than we do.
Here is the average recruiting class ranking and star per recruit for BYU, Boise State, and UCF over the past four years:

BYU 67th best class with a star average of 2.61

Boise State 59th best class with a star average of 2.58

UCF 70th best class with a star average of 2.72

BYU comes in second place in both categories. UCF has the worst rated classes (by three spots) but recruits the most stars per athlete. One interesting note is that the highest individual class by far was UCF in 2011 at 39th. The majority of those players are seniors right now.

If you want the break down by year I can give that as well, but let's stop kidding ourselves and pretending that we are somehow athletically superior to BSU and UCF.
