Pretty tough to pick this out in recruiting; locker room problems are contagious. Unless the kid is playing for a dysfunctional team and is rising above it, there's no way to predict who will add to the problem. Sometimes to make a team better you gave to cut a player (maybe even the best player) if they are causing problems with lots of people on the team.
