Talk the other WCC schools into starting football programs. Should be easy. We might even be able to dominate WCC football for the 1st few years.

Would have to get used to playing in H.S. sized stadiums though -- a small trade-off for future security. Certainly the entire conference would be moved into the P5 after a couple of years -- welcomed by the P5 schools with open arms. And think of all of those CA recruits.
