Right after the Moo U loss, I thought the consensus on the board was that it was especially humiliating because they were "a terrible program"? So what happened? We lost more, so the only way to deal with the cognitive dissonance was to re-write history and claim that they're improving and actually pretty good?!?!

HORSE PUCKY! USU is a mediocre program on a good day. They have a reasonably good record because they have squeaked by powerhouses like New Mexico State, New Mexico, Texas State, University of Texas at San Antonio. They might as well be playing Timpview High School. Their bowl wins have come against teams that finished in the middle of the MAC, for crying out loud!

Look, we're having a bad year. It happens. Lightning strikes. Sometimes it strikes twice. We are NOT on a level with utah state. I have been saying for years that we should not be playing those clowns. If we beat them, it gets us nothing. If they beat us, it's a catastrophe. Well, guess what? This year they beat us, and it's a catastrophe. Get them off the schedule! Buy out the remaining games if we have to.
