I finally convinced my parents to buy an HD TV about a year ago. While we were
visiting them, I helped them get it set up, called their cable company to get HD service added, and everything was looking great.
When we went back to visit them again last summer, they were watching SD channels only. I switched it over to HD and my dad said, "Wow! That does look a lot better, but I know which lower number channels I like" and immediately switched right back to SD.
