It's definitely a possibility; Neu just isn't the type or quality of QB Mazzone
wants to run his offense. If Neu does win the competition, it's a pretty bad sign for UCLA, IMO. He has the arm strength of Riley Nelson and the athleticism of Max Hall. On the other hand, he has a great grasp on the offense and is trustworthy, so he could be a decent game manager.
