I'm not an expert, but I wouldn't worry about that car too much.
Infiniti is Nissan's luxury brand (Acura=Honda, Lexus=Toyota) and 133k miles wouldn't scare me away from that car.
It is RWD so that could be a problem with Utah winter driving.
