I just think we also looked pretty good at the beginning of last season. Nearly beat a very good Iowa State team. Nearly beat a very good Oregon team. Hung with a very good Wichita State team. (Also beat Texas)

I just worry about having the same troubles we always seem to have where we can play with anybody but can't hang on to win.

I do think there is something to be said, however, that no matter how good Steve Fisher's SDSU teams are... we still have their number and seem to actually overperform against them. I'm starting to think Dave Rose's style is just Fisher's kryptonite.
