Ignoring the conference championship requirement I would take team A (TCU). However, the fact that tOSU (team C) would have a conference championship may be enough for them to edge them out for the #4 spot. Team C (Miss St) SHOULD clearly be behind both of them at the end of the season based upon wins. I don't see how Miss St is currently ranked #4 when they only have 1 win against a currently ranked team.
