I've been using iPhines since the second gen and haven't had a claim that wasn't warrantied anyway. I think those coverages are too expensive if you provide a modicum of care for your phones. I also keep my phones naked and haven't had an issues.

Accidental drops happen. Had 2 phones replaced last time with applecare.

Do you live close to an Apple Store? If so, Applecare+. If not, then Squaretrade

Why? Squaretrade gives up to 4 replacements instead of 2 with a lower deductible

Squarerade is not licensed by Apple. Only difference with deductible is $79
