Taking a less than 3 year clip of his career and trying to extrapolate is not probative of his coaching abilities, particularly since the previous coach averaged 2 wins per year for 4 years and the bad apples were booted from the team. I'm not sure why you have an axe to grind with Leach, but his coaching abilities are well respected by his peers.
