I don't think you understand. Development starts the second these kids arrive at
BYU. Proper nutrition and workouts can help with Fua adding weight.

Speed can be coached. Omer is notorious for bulking up players too much and slowing them down as a result. Lee Aguirre ran a 4.4 40 before BYU. He worked out with Omer and was squatting 500. His 40 suffered as a result. He ran a 4.6 at BYU his Jr year.
